Overview

Electrical Design is the planning and creation of safe, efficient electrical systems for buildings and industries. It ensures proper distribution of power, safety protection, and energy efficiency following national standards like BNBC.

Electrical Design involves designing complete electrical systems such as power distribution, lighting systems, earthing, circuit protection, load calculation, and wiring layout for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The main goal is to ensure safety, reliability, and energy efficiency in electrical installations. In Bangladesh, all electrical designs must follow the rules and guidelines of the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC). This code provides safety standards for wiring, load management, fire protection, grounding systems, and installation methods to prevent electrical hazards and ensure structural safety.
